I engaged The Waveney String Duo to play at my 60th birthday party. They played for 1 hour whilst guests were arriving for opening drinks, introductions etc.<\/p>\n

\t\tBefore the day, I was presented for signature with the standard Musician’s Union Contract for Live Engagement (a comprehensive one page document) and then offered the Duo’s extensive Repertoire List to make a selection from classical and popular pieces. I chose 3\/4 classical and 1\/4 popular pieces, which subsequently worked well. On the day, the girls played beautifully.<\/p>\n

\t\tI conclude, the Duo are pleasant and businesslike to deal with, and they would grace any special social occasion with their presence and their skilled musicianship.<\/p>\n
